Senior Retreat at Stonehaven
Senior Retreat at Stonehaven opened in Fall of 2019. This is our first “Non-Ambulatory” licensed Family Care Home. Unlike our other two homes, residents can move-in and/or age-in-place to the point of being completely non-ambulatory. The house is located in the Stonehaven Neighborhood just east of SouthPark area.
Residence Information
It has approximately 3,400 square feet and has 5 Full Bathrooms. This home also has a full Sprinkler/Fire Alarm System, a Den w/fire place; a Living Room w/fire place. It has 5 Bedrooms (1 Double-Occupancy and 4 Private Bedrooms) along with a gorgeous, large, Screened-In Porch and two Dining Areas. Our house sits on a 1/2 acre property with in-ground sprinkler system for both the front and backyards that are both professionally landscaped. The house has been featured in the August edition of SouthPark Magazine.
